Make attribute export list sortable by active/inactive

It would be helpful, in submission configuration, when you download the attribute list, if the CSV file would tell you whether a given attribute were active versus inactive. Right now, there is no way to tell other than manually comparing the lists in the report versus the system, and this can be a very long process if the site has lots of attributes.
