Select All button

A Select All option would be nice, particularly when dealing with batch assignments of submissions to an editor. For example, we often have 10+ submissions in a group that will be assigned to a particular Editor; it's inefficient and time consuming to individually select each submission before assigning the batch. A Select All option would reduce a lot of time spent in areas like this!
