Display the option to add a revision extension on both the decisioned manuscript and the revision draft

The option to change a revision due date appears on the decisioned manuscript until a draft is created, then it shows for the draft and not the decisioned manuscript.

However, the editor will usually go to the decisioned manuscript first to make a change to the deadline in either case, so it makes sense to keep the option there (or even in both places, when a draft has been created).

I would suggest having the option available in both places for ease of use.
