Add "Conversations Group Name" as a custom report field

It would be helpful to be able to generate reports listing who is in each Conversations Group as well as which user is creating them. Please add a field for "Conversations Group Name" and "Conversations Group Creator" to the custom reports for "Editor, EIC and Admin Performance Reports" and "Peer Review Details Reports."
