If a journal is using the Reviewer Connect feature, Reviewer Connect generates possible reviewer suggestions. Sometimes these reviewer suggestions are spot on, while other times, the suggestion is incredibly far off the wall. We recommend allowing feedback, whereby a user can (for instance) "thumbs up" if a reviewer suggestion may be a good match. Similarly, if a suggestion is generated and it is not a good match, the user could provide feedback (like a "thumbs down"). This way the system can learn from the suggestions it is providing and potentially make better matched recommendations.
