Notification window for reviewer when they submits the review

When the review completes the review score and click submit button.

I wish that the system would pop up a second confirmation window.

Where we could give a summary information to the reviewer like "you are submitting review to manuscript * with "Major revision"

Click OK to complete .

This would let the reviewer have a overall sense of the decision they would give to the paper.
