Tool to identify Plan S funding according to FundRef response

A function that would flag funders (at FundRef) that are Plan S signatories would be fantastic. Especially if it were to validate at the time of submission against the most recent list of signatory institutions.

Authors don't always know whether their funder is a Plan S signatory, so their responses to a custom question, for example, needs to be validated - and manual validating is time-consuming.
