A button that compiles a single PDF that includes the manuscript, comments from the reviewers to the author, comments from the reviewers to the editor, and PDFs submitted by reviewers.

Editors have to compare the reviewers' comments to each other and to the paper itself in order to come to a decision, and some editors like to print these materials out to do so or save them to their desktop. A single PDF that combines the reviewers' submissions with the manuscript would be incredibly useful for this purpose.
