We'd like to have access to create emails targeted at abandoned submissions in the system that encourages authors to finish their submission. This would benefit us because it would help retain authors, and could give us the opportunity to understand why someone abandoned the submission and improve the experience for future authors. This would also benefit article transfers where authors get right up to the point of submitting the transfer to the new journal but never do and we aren't sure why.
