I'd like the ability to set up labels for the various user account flags (as well as those for manuscript flags). Currently, this can only be done by our Scholar One support team and they are overloaded with other tasks. My colleagues and I therefore tend to just keep a note of what we use the various flags for, rather than putting in a request for the support team; however this means that the information is not available to others who may use the system. Having the ability to quickly and easily name or re-name all the various flags would be great!
