Extend Author Lock to First Look

We have journals that have implemented the long-awaited Author Lock on revisions feature but have discovered that this does not extend to the First Look, post-acceptance process so submitting authors can still make changes to the author list at that time. This doesn't make sense. Please extend Author Lock to the First Look process as well.
