We want to gauge the success of simplifications in the submission process, and we believe that the amount of unsubmit actions is a good measure of this.

For all papers which underwent an unsubmit action:
we would be interested to know
- the first submission date
- the unsubmit date (or , in the case of multiple unsubmits, the individual dates)
- and the final decision which was taken on the paper.

It would be great if this would report on unsubmit actions in the past.
