Add email templates for unusual activity notifications/alerts

Please consider adding email notification templates for unusual activity alerts.

It would be helpful for our publishing office to be able to set up notifications for red alerts so that we can monitor and ensure that our peer review integrity policies are being followed.

It would also be useful to have reporting functions relating to alerts

    I agree, this would be really helpful. Potentially it could work in a similar way to the % email for Ithenticate reports so that the Publishing Office is only notified for activity that requires investigation. Non institutional email for instance, is vey common and would not require investigation in isolation but linked with author recommended reviewers and/or shared computers it would.
