Visible for flags for editors

It would be useful in some circumstances if editors (in addition to admin staff) were able to see coloured flags added to user accounts.

    Hi Duncan,

    Thanks for the comment. Always a chance i'm misunderstanding, but Account Flags are configurable and can display for a number of roles including editors. If there's a configurating user at the publisher level you may want to check with them? If i'm misunderstanding let me know and i'll look into it in greater detail.
