It would be great if there was a link associated with each author when collecting copyright forms/eforms to. close the taks for that individual...so that if they are collected outside of S1, for example, we could close the task for that person without closing the overall task.
That way, someone who completed the form via other means (by sending a hard copy) would not keep getting reminders while the task is open to collect forms from others.
It would also prevent delays in taks completion when a form is uploaded via other means, but the task isn't closed
I fully agree this is very much needed
