We would like for our scheduled revision reminders in the Author Reminders section to actually send post-deadline (as intended).
We had scheduled reminders to send 1 week, 2 weeks and 1 month after revision deadline to prompt the submitting author (cc'ing all authors) to inform the editorial office of their intention to submit a revision or not so we could extend the deadline or withdraw the paper. The final reminder was supposed to send not to the authors but to admin, prompting withdrawal of the paper if we hadn't heard from the authors, yet.
These reminders were intended to automate management of missed revision deadlines, but no templates scheduled to +[days] are actually sending. It's frustrating to have been able to schedule the templates to a positive number, but not have them work.
