Unusual Activity Report: more variety in configuration settings for review turnaround time

It would be helpful to have two settings instead of one for unusually fast turnaround times for reviews.

 

In the original version, when reviewers are conducting full reviews, an unusually fast turnaround time should be investigated. However, for Revisions, fast turnaround times are common due to reviewers checking author changes versus conducting full reviews. Being unable to turn this off in configuration, means many unneeded reports must be cleared.
