Add ability to have authors acknowledge of the instructions in decision letters

There should be a way to put a link at the bottom of the acceptance decision letter (similar to a read receipt) that when clicked causes ScholarOne to record the author’s acknowledgment of instructions. This way if an author tries to submit final files without clicking, they receive a notice that they can't complete their submission of the files until they click the acknowledgment link.
