Emails to reviewers, cued when issue goes to public?

We'd like to send an automatic  email to reviewers of an accepted ms, telling them that the article is now published (and encourage them to go to the publication and see it and related ms). I don't see any way of setting an email to go at this point; the closest I see is to guess how long after acceptance a ms will be published and put a delay in an email triggered by the ACCEPT decision.
