It would save admin and AE time, sometimes significant, if when a revised manuscript is received, it would automatically go as an new assignment to the reviewers the AE selected at AE recommendation who should receive the revised version. There should not be a lag between revised manuscript submission and manuscript assignment.
Right now, I'm having to toggle back to the previous version, see who the AE has listed by name as who should receive the revised manuscript, toggle forward to the current version, and then manually invite and assign the reviewers. If the AE is prompted to select by checkbox which reviewers should receive the next version, ScholarOne will have recorded down who these people are, so when the revised manuscript comes back in, it can go immediately to those chosen reviewers.
