ScholarOne Manuscripts Ideas

Idea:  If someone with AE/PE/Admin permissions logs into a journal, ScholarOne should prompt them to fill in their signature if their signature field is currently blank.  Signatures do not apply across all journals so users may not realise they do not have a signature set up for that specific journal.

Benefit:  This will prevent emails from going out without signatures, reducing author/reviewer confusion and saving time currently spent on investigating the sender of these emails.
