It would be useful to add the ability to click forward or backward arrows or "next & previous" buttons within open email templates to navigate seamlessly from template to template without closing out and then opening the next. Each time you close a template the page automatically scrolls to the top causing the user to lose his/her spot which is very frustrating, especially since each page typically contains several templates, not to mention different workflows.
