I'd like a link (similar to the one which allows me to edit emails) to decide on the automatic naming of files uploaded. for example when a new submission is called "AP-18001" it could rename the uploaded article to "AP-18001" the cover letter to "AP-18001Lett" and then the associated referee reports to "AP-18001r1" and "AP-18001r2". Furthermore then downloading and organising files would be very simple and the description of a file is entirely coded.
