When a user moves institution, they often stay affiliated with their previous institution, at least for some time (their email addresses often stay active and used for years). When this happens, we want to move their old (primary) affiliation over to be their secondary affiliation, and then update the primary affiliation with the new details.
Currently we can duplicate the primary affiliation details in the secondary affiliation space, but if the user has provided details like office, telephone, fax numbers, we have to copy and paste these all over manually. It would be good if there were a button to just swap the primary and secondary affiliation details, so all we have to do is click it and then fill in the new primary details.
