Some publications like to use an EiC account that moves from one EiC to the next. In these instances, the EiC will often maintain a separate account that he/she may have used in the past to submit papers. This is problematic because the EiC account will have access to the review history of the EiC's previous submissions.
Similarly, any user who is given proxy privileges into another user's account (i.e., an EiC account) will usually maintain an alternate account for author, reviewer, and Editor activities. It would be helpful if we could tell the user's more privileged account to blind it from seeing submissions from an alternate account.
