Make "Reviewer Number" a reportable function

In ScholarOne, reviewers are given a number based on when their review is submitted in relation to the others. Currently it appears that this is not something we can report on.  This would be useful for running reports where we need to know the reviewer number, e.g. whether reviewer number has any effect on review quality. It is also a convenient way to arrange multiple reviewer recommendations in a report without the reviewer's name.
