Please prepare whitelist functionality for the system to never block email addresses added in the list and/or do not block the Primary E-Mail Address for the user having Admin, EIC AE and Production role.
The editorial operation is hugely affected when the email delivery to Admin, EIC AE is blocked.
It has been advised to add "amazonses.com" and "manuscriptcentral.com" for whitelist on the recipient's end. However, it is not allowed to do so in some institutions, and there are also cases that emails are blocked even after whitelist is done in some other institutions.
