please populate email addresses of all associate editors and reviewers to date so that communications can be sent to multiple people

As the editor of Lupus Science and Medicine,I often communicate with the Associate handling editor and reviewer at the same time. It is a pain to go back and cut and paste email addresses.  Everyone has populated email addresses this is very frustrating.
