Rename dropdown options for editing account info

Right now, they're titled E-Mail / Name, Address, and User ID & Password. But a lot of other information is housed under that third option (keywords, unavailability, custom questions). Recommend renaming the third one at least to "Account Details" or something similar. It might also be nice to rename Address as "Affiliation".
