Improvements to Unusual Activity reports

The alert "Computer has been linked to multiple submissions by other users" is impossible to act upon as it doesn't say which other submissions came from that computer. These should ideally be listed underneath the alert. It would be even more useful to give the IP address itself and its apparent location, so we can compare that to the author's location.
