Grant Permissions to Admin for Manuscript type updating

So far , if the journal would like to update their manuscript types or doing some other things like adding  Notes in Login page.

It must be done by S1 Support Team. System need to consider grant Permissions to Admin which they could do such things themself.

Totally understand this but there's a reason for manuscript types etc being done by the support teams and that's because they  can see  which workflow or submission group it belongs to and therefore what happens to the paper further downstream. It's quite complex and therefore safer for it to be done by someone who can see the configuration set up of the whole site before making any changes.

The log in page has been more or less replaced by the new home page (in terms of notes, news items, links etc)  which editorial staff can already edit.  And you can edit the author/reviewer/editor centres too for more specific role based instructions.
