Separate email workflow for transferred papers needed

Often the transferred data is missed by the editors and at the moment admin and EIC are highlight the transfer, reviews from transfer and the revised submission in the AE new assignment email. 

It would be helpful to have a separate email workflow for transfers in"E-mail Notifications and Reminders" so admin and EIC can choose from 2 emails (transferred with reviews, transferred without reviews) when notifying an AE of their new assignment.

    It would also be useful from the point of view of being able to configure tasks slightly differently, as per the resubmitted and revised workflow. Or at the absolute minimum (and it really is a poor second) to be able to choose which of the existing workflows transferred manuscripts take.
