Have Editor reassignment carry over to revisions

We sometimes assign a person other than the default Editor-in-Chief to serve as EIC for a specific manuscript (in cases of conflicts). However, when the revision is submitted, it defaults back to the usual EIC. Please allow the person assigned for the previous version to carry over to revisions (or at least require someone to specifically select an EIC in these cases instead of just defaulting back to the person who has a conflict).
