Add option for system to send an automatic notice to the corresponding author when when the revision due date on his/her manuscript is changed.

Authors who request revision due date changes would like to be notified if their request is granted.  Right now corresponding authors have to make the extra step to email the author when the revision due date is changed.  This enhancement would reduce corresponding editor time and ensure that authors are notified of revision due date changes.
