I would like to create a report that allows me to see blocked/bounced email that have and haven't had roles expired--or a filter option in the standard report.
We wanted to use the standard "blocked email address" report to keep the databases tidy by expiring invalid accounts, but the problem is that even after we expire the account roles, they still show up in that report, making it useless.
I looked in the ad hoc reporting but I don't see relevant fields that will allow me to create a custom report. Support has confirmed that this is not currently possible.
Having filtering options in the standard report, or the ability to create an ad hoc report would make this so much more useful.
