Pre-load standard regions in Cognos

Cognos has the ability to report by regions. However there is a catch!! You have to create your own regions.  Doing this for the whole world is so time-consuming and laborious that S1 actually times out before completion.

Could World regions be pre-loaded as determined by the official standard rather than having to create your own.

This would benefit all editorial offices who produce reports by country and regions.
