There are currently 2 options -"forms complete" and "Skip for now" and one or the other must be checked before any manuscript decision is sent, or the forms that have been received are lost. When I forget to do this, I need to request the system be backed up to retrieve the forms. It would be great if the "Skip for now" option was the default so that at first decision time, the forms would automatically move forward until all forms are received and the "forms Complete" can be checked at export time.
