Currently at our journal, when all the required reviews have been returned, the status of the manuscript moves to "Recommendation or Decision Checklist". When the Editor clicks on "Take action", a page asking to choose between "Decision" and "Recommendation is displayed. However, the reports are not accessible from this page, so the Editor has to click on "Manuscript Information", scroll down the page to view the reports, and then go back to the "Recommendation or Decision Checklist" tab.
It would be much more convenient if the refeees' reports and recommendations were visible and accessible also in the "Recommendation or Decision Checklist" tab.
