Show when companion papers are attached and deleted in the audit trail

It would be helpful if the audit trail would show when a companion paper is attached and/or deleted in the audit trail for verification purposes. Right now it doesn't show when the paper was attached and when it was deleted.

    It's ridiculous that this is the only way to get needed changes made on S1.
