Repeat postings in the audit trail

There needs to be a fix made for the repeat postings in the audit trail. As it is now, whenever an author changes anything within the figure question during submission, it posts the notification in the audit trail over and over. This can result in more than 100 additional notes posted to the audit trail saying the author changed the question named Color Print. This happens quite frequently since most papers contain figures, and it is annoying.
