Receive a notification if a file attached to an email is too large

It would be useful to receive an alert if a file uploaded to an email is too large to send. Currently you're able to upload the file and send the email and a message only seems to appear in the audit trail where it says that some of the files did not send successfully. If the user doesn't check here they would not be aware their file never sent.
