Create "Reply To" Field

 When an invitation email goes out it has ##PROLE_EDITOR_EMAIL## in the From field which means that email message sent to the authors actually has "From: ... <onbehalfof@manuscriptcentral.com>"; thus, automatic replies such as "out of office" do not get to the inviting editor and this could make users look unresponsive/unwilling.

Adding a  "Reply to" field that can be populated with ##PROLE_EDITOR_EMAIL## will help senders to receive necessary replies.
