Upload figures and tables

I can not add the figures (TIFF, JPEG, etc.) .. on the website. Can someone help me?

There is no "Figure" option on the website unlike in the tutorial.

 

Step 2: File Upload->

  Select File 1...>

    Choose file designation -> 

        - Complete manuscript file, including figures and tables ...

        - Files NOT for review...

        - Supplementary material (file for reviews)

        - Supplementary material (online)

        - Animated figures
