Currently, the only way to add instructions for authors regarding their submission's title, abstract etc is by adding the text to the '?' button. This means the author has to click the button to display the information, which is something not all authors do, despite the fact the information contained might be helpful.
It would be useful to have the possibility to add a short text just below the various sections of this page, to clarify the submission requirements. This text should ideally display without the authors having to click a button to make it appear.
There could also be a characters or words limit, in order to keep the instructions essential and avoid long paragraphs of text.
