Include author affiliations in the Select/Invite Referees tab in a manuscript record for quick reference

Currently, to compare affiliations of reviewers against those of the authors it is necessary to move between the Manuscript Information and Select/Invite Referees tabs. It would be much quicker and easier if author affiliations were included in the Select/Invite Referees tab.
