"Contact Journal" link in the reviewer scoresheet should point to E-Mail of Admin Center Contact, not the email of the EA who has worked on a given article

It would be great if we could configure the "Contact Journal" link in the reviewer scoresheet to bring up an email to the E-Mail of Admin Center Contact, rather than the email of the EA who has worked on a given article.

E-Mail of Admin Center Contact is the person most responsible for the journal, and best positioned to respond to reviewer queries.
