When a manuscript is out with the authors (waiting for them to create and submit a revision), it appears in the 'Manuscripts Awaiting Revision' list on the Admin/Assistant Editor Centre Dashboard.
When this deadline expires, it just disappears from these lists, and becomes untrackable unless you do a specific advanced search for it.
However the manuscript is still on the books of the journal, so should appear somewhere in one (and only one) of the lists on the dashboard.
Please stop manuscripts disappearing from these lists. There is already a list entitled 'Overdue Manuscripts Awaiting Revision' - why don't these submissions move into this list rather than just disappearing?
