When searching for reviewers, a red ! appears if a potential reviewer is at the same institution as the author. However, this flag is rather small and easy to miss, and it is still possible to add somebody to the reviewer list if they have this flag. It would be very helpful if the red ! could be made larger, and also if a warning message could pop up whenever an editor tries to add a reviewer with this flag to the reviewer list. The warning message could simply state that the reviewer is at the same institution as the author and ask the editor if they are sure they want to add them. This should reduce instances of reviewers being invited erroneously, as it would make it far easier for editors to spot when a potential reviewer is at the same institution as the author.
