"Email Contacts" : at the point where they are maintained, add an explanation to the use of these fields

The "contact" email fields are very powerful, but the concept needs to be explained, especially as the maintenance of these fields is not often needed.

Every bit of additional clarity helps (as is demonstrated on the same page for "Invitation Reminders")
