Ability to ‘Add as Companion Paper’ after a Duplicate Submission search

Create a button to easily allow manuscripts to be added as a Companion Paper after a Duplicate Submission search has been performed by Editors/Admin. This would remove the current need to manually search and add each manuscript as necessary.

    Yeah! It's REALLY annoying to have the details of potential duplicate submissions but have to copy the ID number, scroll down, enter the ID and link the papers. This section should be retained so that you can still enter things manually, but it seems like a total no-brainer to have a button beside the details of matches so that you can link them from there.
